Dr Nishal Ramadas (Founder/CEO, Celmetrix Limited), is a seasoned innovator with over 20 years of leadership experience in instrumentation, spearheading blue-sky research and product development initiatives across corporate (Honeywell USA, Elster Metering Germany, and Spirax Sarco UK) and academic landscapes (including Warwick, Southampton, and Strathclyde Universities). With a profound background in sensor and system design, Nishal has made significant contributions to various domains, including underwater measurements, non-destructive testing, and fluid flow measurements. Holding a MSc/PhD in EEE from Strathclyde University, he is currently the co-chair for industrial sensors theme at the technical committee for IEEE International Ultrasonics Symposiums and a life member at the Indian Society for NDT.
