Agnieszka Corley-Wiciak is a Business Developer at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF), one of the world’s most powerful X-ray sources, dedicated to advanced materials research. She connects industrial innovators in semiconductors, quantum technologies, energy and advanced materials with cutting-edge synchrotron-based characterization tools. A peer-reviewed author with hands-on experience in synchrotron and laboratory experiments research. She is actively involved in the EU-funded Add More Power project which focuses on novel X-ray and electron probe methods for next-generation power electronics. With academic and professional experience across Poland, Germany, and France, she is well-versed in multinational scientific projects and cross-sector collaboration. Her mission is to bridge the gap between fundamental research and industrial innovation, making powerful scientific tools more accessible, usable, and impactful for companies. With a background in material physics and engineering management, she is passionate about enabling faster, smarter R&D through collaboration, insight, and technology transfer.
