Shell Scheme Exhibitors

  1. Hi-vis vests and suitable footwear must be worn by all exhibitors and contractors during the build-up and breakdown phases of the event
    • Please ensure you supply your own hi-vis vest; one will not be provided for you and you will not be permitted to enter the halls without one
  2. All stands must have walls and carpet/ flooring; use of neighbouring walls is not permitted
    • You may have pre-booked your shell scheme walling and carpet, as part of your stand space agreement with us; please refer to your contract for further details
    • Pop-up displays, roll-up banners, stand-alone graphics etc are not considered walls and must be accompanied by shell scheme
    • Exhibitors requiring walling & carpet can place orders with Emblem Events & Exhibitions, via this manual
  3. All shell scheme exhibitors must complete Compulsory Stand Form 1 and an Exhibitor Risk Assessment no later than 28 May 2025
  4. Exhibitor badges must be ordered prior to the event using THIS LINK 
  5. If you are shipping directly to the venue, please either ensure that a representative from your company is there to receive the shipment, or, coordinate the delivery with our official Shipping & Handling partner, DB Event Logistics
    • Alternatively, consider making use of the advance warehouse facility provided by DB Event Logistics, for your shipments
