Space Only Exhibitors

  1. Hi-vis vests and suitable footwear must be worn by all exhibitors and contractors during the build-up and breakdown phases of the event
    • Please ensure you supply your own hi-vis vest; one will not be provided for you and you will not be permitted to enter the halls without one
  2. All stands must have walls and carpet/ flooring; use of neighbouring walls is not permitted
    • Pop-up displays, roll-up banners, stand-alone graphics etc are not considered walls and must be accompanied by shell scheme walling or a suitable alternative
  3. All Space Only exhibitors must complete the relevant Compulsory Stand Form and an Exhibitor Risk Assessment, no later than 14 May 2025
    • If you are installing walling & flooring yourselves, you are a Self-Build Exhibitor, please complete Compulsory Stand Form 2
    • If you are appointing your own contractor to install your stand, you are a Custom-Build Exhibitor, please complete Compulsory Stand Form 3
  4. If you are shipping directly to the venue, please either ensure that a representative from your company is there to receive the shipment, or, coordinate the delivery with our our official Shipping & Handling partner, DB Event Logistics
    • Alternatively, consider making use of the advance warehouse facility provided by DB Event Logistics
  5. Make sure you/ your contractor are aware of the Venue Guidelines and the Organiser Display Rules & Regulations
