I founded Jiva Materials after inventing Soluboard® during my Master’s degree in Design Products at the Royal College of Art. With a background in architecture and product design, I’ve always been fascinated by how thoughtful design can solve complex challenges and create meaningful change.

While studying, I discovered that one of the most overlooked environmental impacts in modern technology lies within the printed circuit boards found in almost every electronic device. That realisation inspired me to develop a new generation of sustainable PCB materials that could reduce the environmental footprint of electronics without requiring manufacturers to compromise on functionality.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to turning that vision into reality. From a university invention to a globally recognised technology, I’ve led the development of Soluboard®, secured investment and innovation funding, and worked alongside some of the world’s leading electronics companies to accelerate its adoption.

My mission is to make greener electronics from the ground up.
