Advanced Carbon Nano Material and It’s Uses
Thursday, 19 June 2025
The dramatic growth in demand for advanced carbon nano materials has been highlighted by several recent studies. Projections of graphene and advanced carbon demand over the next five to 10 years range from a CAGR of 30% to 40%. Clearly, there is a need for techniques for mass-production of advanced carbon nanomaterials. Elemental Advanced Materials has developed a continuous feed method to produce carbon nano materials from unrecyclable materials such as landfill-plastics, long lasting waste hydrocarbon rich wastes, or hydrocarbon rich gases and liquids (acetylene, ethylene, methane, etc.). Advanced carbon nanomaterials have been tested as a strengthening additive to thermoplastics, resins, urethanes, concrete, asphalt and epoxies and as a base material for (super)capacitors and batteries replacing expensive and highly functionalized carbon.
